Esyms, a Malaysian digital health solutions provider and online pharmacy, has entered a strategic partnership with DHL eCommerce to improve the delivery of medications from hospitals and clinics to patients across Malaysia. The collaboration is aimed at strengthening last-mile logistics and ensuring timely, secure, and convenient access to prescribed medications, particularly for patients receiving care through public healthcare facilities.
The initiative is powered by Esyms’ AllMeds digital platform, which is designed to support healthcare providers in streamlining pharmacy workflows, reducing congestion at pharmacy counters, and enhancing patient engagement. Through the AllMeds mobile application, patients can upload prescriptions, make secure payments, receive updates, and track their deliveries, which will be fulfilled by DHL eCommerce’s domestic parcel delivery network.
This partnership aligns with broader national efforts to modernize public healthcare through digital innovation and improved distribution systems. It also supports DHL Group’s Strategy 2030, which identifies life sciences and healthcare as a key growth area. By combining Esyms’ healthcare technology with DHL eCommerce’s logistics expertise, the collaboration aims to contribute to a more connected, efficient, and patient-focused healthcare ecosystem in Malaysia.
